Every student completes a structured six-week program covering CV development, structured interview technique, professional communication, and industry-specific skills. You receive candidates who have already been assessed, not just applicants.
Once registered, you can request a candidate shortlist within 48 hours. We match against your role brief from our active pool.
There is no placement fee. We ask partner employers to commit to reviewing a shortlist and providing feedback within five business days.
Yes. Partner employers are invited to site visits, mock interview panels, and networking sessions with active cohorts before making any hiring decision.
