With extensive experience in talent development and workforce readiness, Allen has led the design and implementation of recruitment and training programs that have successfully prepared over 1,500 candidates for the job market, achieving strong placement outcomes across multiple sectors.
Through Talent Match, Allen works closely with organizations to streamline recruitment processes, reduce hiring risks, and build high-performing teams by providing pre-vetted, job-ready talent.
She is passionate about helping businesses grow by unlocking the potential of Africa’s young workforce. Allen holds a bachelor's degree from Bates College
